SNG's and ROI
How big should my ROI be?
If I understand it correctly, it's a percentage of a buyins...so if I play 100$ SNG's, and my ROI is 20%, then I'm earning 20% average on a SNG, and thats 20$

RE: SNG's and ROI
It should be as big as you are good, as you are better than the competition Wink[/align]
ROI = return on investment
When calculating ROI, you should take the fee you pay in consideration

Good ROI is everything above 0. On tourneys with the smallest buy-in, it's around 20%, and it becomes smaller as you climb to the higher buy-ins. It also depends on the type of tourneys you play, howw many players, turbo/normal, fee, etc.

RE: SNG's and ROI
I found this somewhere...
Attainable ROI's, which best players have on this levels:
$3.40s - 18%
$6s - 16%
$16s - 14%
$27s - 12%
$60s - 10%
$114s - 8%
$225s - 6%
$335s+ - 4%

You should at least have 2-3k sample size to be able to see your actual ROI. You need bigger sample for bigger stakes, because of the smaller ROIs and bigger variance.

Needed bankroll:
ROI% BUY IN
20% - 30 buyins
15% - 40 buyins
10% - 60 buyins
5% - 100 buyins
